Hey, my name is Daniel Dehn, and if you're wondering why you should listen to anything I have to say about health and wellness, I'll try to explain it here!


I’ve spent the last 16 years as a leading personal trainer, nutritionist, sports psychologist, mental coach, and family wellness coach. I have over 20.000 hours spent as a coach, personal trainer, nutritionist & sports psychologist to dedicated people & athletes.


And aside from the people I have connected with and coached, I've also educated over 6.000 other personal trainers, nutritionsts and healt practitioners.


I spent my early years as a coach trying to figure out the magic formula for an happy, healthy and thriving family life. Real sustainable long term great health has to take all aspects of health into consideration, and thats why the health & fitness industry fail people...
